Whole foods market is really coming to my neighborhood. This is both exhilarating and dangerous.

I am going to jump on this Time Magazine bandwagon now. the pics are beautiful and the video is totally entertaining but (and I know i’ll be unpopular for this—don’t hate me, I totally love her)…Michelle’s American accent bugs me a bit.

Maybe it’s because I didn’t expect it and maybe it’s because I’m a total New Yorker, but she tends to drawl and it grates on my ears. which, side note, is actually weird because when she sings she sounds more East Coast than anything else. damn my auditory learning style and musical background that makes me hyper-aware of these things!
